10th ORTHODOX YOUTH WEEKEND IN BELGIUM

February (6)-7-8, 2004

From Friday evening February 6 till Sunday afternoon February 8, 2004 the Tenth Meeting Weekend of, for and by the Orthodox Youth in Belgium (OJB-JOB, former Syndesmos-Belgium) will take place in the 16 ha. Castle Park in Hingene (prov. of Antwerp), along the River Scheldt.

The weekend is open to all Orthodox youth between 16 and 35 years old. Youth between 16 and 20 get priority at inscription.

The keynote speaker at the weekend will be Bishop Kallistos (Ware) of Diokleia, a prominent Orthodox bishop from England. He is well known by his lectures and by books such as “The Orthodox Way”.

SYNDESMOS member OJB-JOB was founded in 1979 by Father Dominique Verbeke. In 2004 it will celebrate its 25th anniversary.

Aged 16-18: 50 euro

By sending the subscription form and paying A FORFEIT OF 30 EURO on bank account nr. 000-3251186-37 (IBAN: BE35 0003 2511 8637 - BIC: BPOTBEB1) before January 15, 2004. Please contact the Secretariat in case of any financial problems.

Applications are possible till January 15, 2004. The paid amount will be paid back in case the maximal number of participants would be attained before January 15th, 2004, or when your subscription cannot be retained for another reason. Applications of people not residing in Belgium are limited to five per foreign country.

In case of canceling by the participant, the OJB-JOB retains the forfeit.
