Did you know that the Orthodox Christian Mission
Center has speakers available to promote missions
in your parish? Bring mission consciousness to your church by arranging for one of our talented staff members to visit your parish. Hear first-hand what is happening in the Orthodox Church around the world. Our speakers’ presentations bring to life the many incredible events happening in the mission field. This is a great opportunity to schedule an Advent or Lenten spiritual renewal event. Let us know if you would like to organize one of the following: ·
Invite a speaker for Sunday; for example for a
Mission Sermon or a presentation after the
Liturgy. ·
Invite a speaker to give a presentation at a week day Vespers
service. ·
Plan a pot luck dinner and mission presentation. ·
Coordinate a pan-Orthodox event (talk or retreat) to
highlight missions and the impact the Mission
Center is having on the establishment and growth
of our Church around the world. ·
Invite a speaker for your next youth retreat. ·
Request a speaker for your next women’s, men’s or other
church group meeting. Our
knowledgeable staff members include the following
individuals who would be happy to come speak at
your parish or retreat. ·

Martin Ritsi – Executive Director of the Mission
Center who served as an OCMC Missionary to Africa
and Albania with ten years of mission service. ·
Maria
Gallos – Long-Term Missionary Director who
served as an OCMC Missionary in Guatemala for two
years. · Fr. Luke Veronis – OCMC Missionary in Albania for 10 years. He is currently a parish priest in Webster, MA and teaches at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology and St. Vladimir’s Seminary. ·
