Update on the health of His Eminence, Metropolitan PHILIP

October 15, 2005


His Eminence Metropolitan PHILIP has been hospitalized with a significant medical condition. His cardiologist, Dr. Eugene Sayfie, has seen him and is confident that he is receiving excellent medical care.

The Self-Ruled Archdiocese continues to be fully administered by the Senior Bishop, His Grace, Antoun Khouri in conjunction with Dr. George Farha, the Vice-Chairman of the Archdiocesan Board of Trustees.

We ask that you continue to remember our beloved Metropolitan in your fervent prayers.
