The hotel has 13 rooms available at the group rate of $99/night on a first-come first-served basis. Reservations made after April 15th will be subject to the regular rate. If you wish to double up in a room with another seminar attendee to reduce costs, please tell the reservationist at the hotel that you want to share. Reference for the group rate is "May conference." The Courtyard by Marriott has on-site valet parking for $14/day
