New Online Orthodox Radio Station |

We would like to call your attention to a brand
new on line radio station called, Ancient Faith
Radio (www.ancientfaithradio.com). This is a
ministry of All Saints Antiochian Orthodox Church
in Chicago with Fr. Patrick Reardon.
Ancient Faith Radio features high quality Orthodox
music, lectures and features in beautiful stereo
especially for listeners with a high speed
internet connection such as DSL or Cable. It can
be played with most of the standard free media
players including the Real Player (www.realaudio.com),
Winamp (www.winamp.com) and Itunes (www.itunes.com).
The station has only been on the "air" since late
November of 2004 and already has received some
wonderful response. For example:
I am writing to you to thank you so very
much for the Ancient Faith Radio!!! We are
isolated Orthodox Christians and this is wonderful
to hear all the chanting, I am looking forward to
hearing some of the talks from OCC. I have even
heard some of the hymns that I have read but
didn't know the tune for them yet.
So, thank you , thank you, thank you!!! We will
all be listening throughout the day and into the
evening! Our OrthodoxClassical Home Schooling
yahoo group is getting the word out very about
Ancient Faith Radio.

I am an Orthodox Christian in
Southern California and I have just found Ancient
Faith Radio. I am very excited, this is truly a
blessing. It's great that I am able to listen to
it from Apple iTunes and that I am not limited to
Windows Media or Real Player. Thanks again. I will

I've really been enjoying AFR since discovering it
recently.
Is the website new? I previously did multiple
Google searches to try to find some information,
but came up empty handed. I'm pleased to see a
website, which I just realized existed today.
I hope you will have a pop up window on the
website that will have a list of what is playing
and what has been played recently. AFR plays some
truly awesome music.

Ancient Faith Radio is programmed by an Orthodox
convert from the evangelical world with 35 years
experience in Christian radio. He wanted to use
his experience to advance the Holy Orthodox Church
and its vision of faith and salvation in Christ.
Ancient Faith Radio is under the authority of the
priest and the parish council of All Saints in
Chicago and has the blessing of His Grace Bishop
Mark.
