The Ecumenical Patriarch departed to Dublin in order to participate in the 4th International Conference "Faith and Progress" in which the new means of cooperation between people of the religion and people of progress against poverty will be discussed.

 The Patriarch is arriving in Ireland after the invitation of the President of the International Bank Mr. James D. Wolfensohn, and will be accompanied by the Archbishop of Great Britain and the Metropolitan of Pergamos.

In Dublin there would be held meetings with the governmental and state office, and they will attend at the liturgy in an orthodox Chapel.
